Pear Tree House review
Literally over the road from Edinburgh University's George Square campus, the Pear Tree's cobbled beer garden has played host to generations of thirsty students in its time. Inside, the decor is classic trad Scots pub, but with a big screen for the football. Outside term time, it's fairly placid.
