Scotch Malt Whisky Society Members' Room review
The SMWS was set up in 1983 to buy individual casks of whisky from distilleries, bottle them and sell them to members. It remains largely unchanged: the atmosphere is still tranquil, the food
is still good and the range of rare whiskies is the city's best. It's open to members only; membership starts at £75 a year.
