A hangout for the beautiful people since 2004, Dragonfly is still one of Edinburgh's best cocktails bars. With a serious approach to drink, and reimagined retro-analogue interior design, it was an instant hit. This is the kind of place where staff will experiment with Finnish vodka, strawberries and something balsamic to create a cocktail that tastes like a Michelin-starred dessert.
