Starbank Inn review Rate it
Set back and slightly raised on the other side of the street from the sea wall, the Starbank arguably has better views of the Forth than the nearby Old Chain Pier. Like its neighbour, it offers good cask ales, but is the more patrician of the two establishments. The menu offers solid, traditional fare; roast lamb and mint sauce, poached salmon, ploughman's lunch and the like.

Waited an age for food even when the place was not busy. Eventually came and was luke warm. Staff not attentive to customers waiting. Not planning a revisit. Rating 1/10
