Amicus Apple review
When it opened in summer 2006, this central cocktail bar introduced a new aesthetic to Edinburgh (designer stools, white leather banquettes, a pop-erotic mural) and brought a dedicated attitude to a menu of good drinks and fine bar snacks (and even a small restaurant space). Cool but not pretentious, and seconds from Princes Street.
