A 2006 arrival in a sub-basement space on Queen Street, Bramble doesn't exactly announce itself
to the planet, but over the last few years it has been, simply, the best cocktail bar in the city. With a
cultured feel, young staff who take pride in their handiwork and a neat attention to detail (Buffalo Trace bourbon in the mint julep, for instance), it's unmatched in Edinburgh.
