Housed in an old warehouse in Leith, this champagne and cocktail bar opened just in time for the 2008 credit crunch. The timing may have been a little off, but there's no arguing with the quality of product: great bar staff and very good cocktails indeed. The menu (the likes of prawn and chorizo salad, followed by pasta with meatballs in tomato sauce) isn't bad either.
