Most major comedians warm up for a national tour with a few intimate club shows, but not master of middle-of-the-road laughs Michael McIntyre. For Britain’s most blockbusting stand-up, The Playhouse is intimate. He preps for his latest über-massive UK junket Happy and Glorious, which visits the Glasgow Hydro for three nights in November.
