Very enthusiastic whisky drinkers work at the Royal Mile. Knowledgable, approachable and deliver whisky almost anywhere.
@D Wood, I take it you work for another whisky company?
As I completely disagree with regards to service and their customer service. They even sent me a sample!
delivery not attempted and yet 2 weeks later I am told that if I want my whisky I will have to pay ANOTHER delivery charge. No cards were left by any courier and no contact from RMW until I called them asking where it was. Customer service is non existent, no call back from my answerphone message - AVOID!!!!!
