A Georgian townhouse just along Albany Street from the bars and restaurants of Broughton Street, the Ballantrae Albany is a fairly small property, but a fairly characterful one. You'll either love the rooms here or loathe them; fans will consider them dark, romantic and boutiquey, while others may find them gothic and oppressive. The property lacks its own restaurant but does have a pretty good one in the basement (Haldane's).
