Witchery by the Castle review

Taking its name from the witches once burned at the stake nearby, the historic, romantic and charismatic Witchery is not so much a hotel as a restaurant with a few suites attached. Each one is dark, theatrically Gothic: all sumptuous leather and velvet upholstery, claw-foot Victorian baths and grand, carved wooden beds. Often imitated but never bettered, the Witchery is the place to indulge yourself if you have the means.
