Like its sister hotel the Greenside, just along the street at No.9 (557 0022), Ailsa Craig boasts big, clean rooms that have retained their original Georgian features. Though they're a bit on the basic side, some have views towards the Forth, and all enjoy the quiet of this residential crescent. With families in mind, some of the rooms are kitted out with five beds. The public areas also retain a traditional character and unassuming comfort.
