This small, discreet cellar doesn't exactly trumpet its presence among the tourist delights of the Royal Mile. Scottish ingredients served with little fuss define the menu: Aberdeen Angus steak on Arran mustard sauce, chicken breast stuffed with ham from Argyll and cheese from Mull. It's tiny, so book well ahead.
