Most diners are too gobsmacked by the gilded birds and dragons on the walls, the small waterfall and various other decorative extravagances to notice the menu, but once you add in the food, you have a truly memorable restaurant. Dishes are generally Cantonese, but with Peking and Sichuan influences. The kitchen also fits in specials, which often depend on the seafood catch of the day.
