Thai Lemongrass

Time Out says

In an area booming in recent years with the arrival of a good Japanese and a tasty Indian, it’s to its credit that Thai Lemongrass still keeps the locals coming with its own brand of Asian chow. A stone’s throw from the Meadows and a short walk from both the King’s Theatre and Cameo Cinema, this friendly eatery has more than a decent location going for it. Sure, it isn’t quite in the same league as the city’s Dusit or Chaophraya, but still it offers up good, authentic Thai scran - from a sizeable Thai sampler starter and zingy Hot and Spicy Seafood Salad through to tasty takes on Pad Thai and Green or Red Curry. The From the Wok selection is fresh and flavoursome, but it’s the Chef Recommendations that linger on the palate, notably the Grilled Whole Poussin and Roast Duck Curry, served in a creamy coconut sauce. Decent portion sizes and pleasant staff add to the charm.
