This discreet cellar has been offering Scottish cuisine for more than 20 years and locals tend to take it for granted. Pity: chef James McWilliams has a great culinary CV, and his cooking has been praised by the likes of Raymond Blanc. His kitchen delivers well-executed food with robust flavours, as demonstrated by dishes such as seafood soup or saddle of venison. It's a tiny venue, though, so book ahead.
