Kweilin review 3 Users say 1/5 Rate it

This Cantonese establishment has been ploughing the same furrow for three decades or so. A change of management in 2008 didn't seem to make a huge amount of difference to the menu (sweet and sours, beef with black bean sauce, lemon chicken), and Kweilin remains a hit with New Town locals and visiting businessmen.

This restaurant are boiling lobsters alive; contrary to popular belief, they feel pain and they are being subjected to the most horrific cruelty in this very place. Boycott, inform the restaurant why and eat with your conscience.

Terrible food and service- won't be back. Didn't realise they boiled lobsters alive- that's horrible!

I was disapointed to find out that lobsters are boiled alive here. I won't be patronising this place again, as I object to unnecessary cruelty.
