Even the anti-fashion brigade admit that Harvey Nicks' fourth floor restaurant and brasserie are pretty good. The views are tremendous, the interior design lends a spacious feel, and the kitchen operates at an elevated standard. The restaurant has a slightly more elaborate menu than the adjacent brasserie, but it's all effectively one space with a discreet partition; there's also a cocktail bar on the same floor. Special events - dinner during the Festival Fireworks, for example - are always popular.
