The ground floor bar at Iglu is pleasingly modern; upstairs is a small organic restaurant, added in 2005 by energetic proprietor Charlie Cornelius (who also founded the Wild in Scotland tour business). Dishes might include wild boar burger, duck salad, escalopes of wild venison or chargrilled Aberdeen Angus rump steak; there are vegetarian options too. Popular and innovative.
