Jasmine has been around at this address since the mid 1990s, although the premises have been regularly spruced up and refurbished along the way. Local workers are lured in with a bargain lunch menu; regulars rave about the almond chicken with orange sauce. It's worth keeping an eye out for the regular seafood specials.
