On the ground floor of One Spa behind the Sheraton Grand Hotel, and with a look that's characterised by clean lines and modern decor, Santini is a sister venue to the original on London's Ebury Street. The menu features familiar starters, pizza and pasta, plus secondi based around sirloin, veal and swordfish. Set lunch and evening menus are a little more economical, but look out for the service charge.
