Broughton Street's original style bar still feels much the same as it did back when it opened in 1994, albeit with the odd decorative improvement. Incorporating a dimly lit, split-level room and a separate dining space, it can get pretty buzzy in the evenings, when the music is even louder than the staff's trademark Hawaiian shirts. The menu offers the likes of steak pie or sea bass for lunch during the week, and gets more Mexican at weekends.
