Cargo could be viewed as a cavernous 'retail leisure experience', catering to the outspill from the financial services sector offices nearby. But since opening in 2004, it's offered reasonable food and the chance to sit outside by the terminus of the Union Canal, all as part of an award-winning urban regeneration scheme. Busy, but nicely placed.
