Locals walking along Frederick Street at Christmas 2008 were confronted by a wholly new concept for Edinburgh: a tea boutique. Eteaket is the street-trading face of an online tea vending business where customers can choose from all kinds of quality varieties. These New Town premises act as a lush but polite café where you can have a cake or ciabatta to go with your Gyokuro or Big Red Rooibos.
