Opened in late 2008, this basement restaurant offers Californian cuisine with flair and enthusiasm. Simple modern decor complements a kitchen that produces successful dishes such as goat's cheese, blueberry and prosciutto salad, or glazed pork with coriander-chilli salsa. The dinner menu is kept to a sensible size (three choices at each course); there's also a mean Sunday brunch.
