Named for its founders, an Englishman, a Scotsman and an Irishman. E:S:I is a modern, spacious brasserie that arrived in Leith in 2008, serving three-course dinners featuring the likes of chicken caesar salad to start, pot-roast pork belly with apricot and red cabbage as a main, and rhubarb and Buckfast crumble for dessert. Deservedly popular, it also does a mean haddock and chips.
