Hidden away in a converted church, the Lot is a not-for-profit bistro and arts venue run by An Airde, a charity that promotes Christian musicians. There are gigs upstairs, including local and international jazz nights put on by the Jazz Centre, while downstairs is a neat dining room. Pop in for a coffee or enjoy a full evening meal from the short but eclectic menu: small haggis, neeps and tatties to start, say, followed by Thai green curry.
Open 11am-9.30pm Mon-Sat; noon-6pm Sun.
Main courses £4-£9.
