Blue Bar-Café review Rate it
Upstairs from the Atrium and also run by Andrew Radford, Blue was a real smash when it opened in 1997. It's moved in and out of vogue over the years, but it's still hugely popular. On a good day, it can pull off some of the best café-bar food in town: pork belly with an apple and black pudding tart tatin for example. The front of the premises has a large, open dining space; there's a bar area to the rear.
