After some success when Vladimir Romanov took over the club in 2005, the tidy and atmospheric Tynecastle operated close to its 17,420 capacity for a couple of seasons. But with a managerial revolving door and high player turnover, disillusionment saw average attendances drop again by the end of the decade. Tickets aren't that hard to come by, unless you want to see a European tie or the local derby.
