Time Out says

Back in 1971 Tintin creator Hergé (real name Georges Remi) gave a series of frank taped interviews to Brazilian-born journalist Numa Sadoul. This remarkably in-depth documentary is the result. Here he talks about his Boy Scout childhood, the Catholic bishop who inspired him to create his little hero, his reunion with influential Chinese artist Tschang Chong-chen (who helped Hergé get his facts right for ‘The Blue Lotus’), his 1950s nervous breakdown, and his (possibly forced) connection with the Nazis during WWII. A more insightful portrait of the artist is difficult to imagine.
