'8 Mile' star Eminem is in talks to star in a film adaptation of the hit TV series 'Have Gun – Will Travel'.
The hugely successful rapper, real name Marshall Mathers, plans to star in an update of the western show, which first appeared on America's CBS network in 1957.
Eminem's manager Scott Rosenberg told Variety that the film would be set in contemporary times and feature the rapper as a bounty hunter, possibly in his hometown of Detroit.
Rosenberg also revealed that Paramount Pictures are looking to fast track the project to get it on screen as soon as possible, and that Eminem would have some involvement in the film's soundtrack or score.
