'Children of Men' and 'Turtles' trailers online

Get an early glimpse at the animated 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' film and the new one from Alfonso Cuarón.

With Comic-Con in full flight at the moment, a barrage of film news and trailers should hit the net over the weekend, which is good news for conscientious online film editors like me.

And it seems we've got our first glimpse at geek heaven in the shape of trailers for 'Children of Men' and 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles'.

'Children' is the more interesting of the pair, mainly due to the fact that it's directed by Alfonso Cuarón, the man responsible for the brilliant 'Y Tu Mama Tambien' and the best Harry Potter film released thus far, 'Prisoner of Azkaban'.

A sci-fi drama that takes place in a grim future world where women have lost the ability to have children, it stars Clive Owen, Julianne Moore, Michael Caine and Chiwetel Ejiofor, and is without doubt one of my most eagerly anticipated films of the year.

As for 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles', it's a fully animated film adaptation of the comic book classic, and while it may well be rubbish, as a child of the '80s I can't help but have a soft spot for the heroes in a half shell so I'm sticking it up.
