Exclusive: Greg Kinnear interview
A video interview with the star of the brilliant 'Little Miss Sunshine'.
Sep 1 2006
I caught a screening of Sundance favourite 'Little Miss Sunshine' this morning, and can honestly say it's one of the most enjoyable experiences I've had at the cinema all year.
Starring Greg Kinnear, Toni Collette, Steve Carell and the wonderful Alan Arkin, the film follows a deeply dysfunctional family travelling across America in a campervan to attend their daughter's junior beauty pageant, and while it doesn't exactly re-invent the wheel, it's nevertheless a delightfully bittersweet tale told with delicacy and good humour.
As a treat for our loyal TOMB readers, we've got an exclusive video interview with Kinnear in which he discusses working with Jonathan Dayton and Valerie Faris, the film's husband and wife directing team, and playing the Hoover family's troubled patriach.
