Caine returns to 'Sleuth'
Michael Caine will again star in a screen version of the play 'Sleuth', this time opposite Jude Law.

Jude Law is to team up with Michael Caine for a (rather pointless) remake of the ingenious thriller 'Sleuth'.
Based on Anthony Shaffer's critically acclaimed play, the story revolves around an aging writer who discovers that his wife is having an affair with a young hairdresser and invites him round to seek revenge.
In the 1972 screen version, Laurence Olivier played the writer and Caine the hairdresser. This time around, Caine will be said writer while Law will play the hairdresser.
Kenneth Branagh will direct the film, which is set to shoot at Twickenham Studios in January.
