'300' trailer

See what The TOMB was waxing lyrical about last week in the first '300' trailer.

Oct  5 2006

Hot on the heels of our '300' preview last week, the trailer for the forthcoming Zack Snyder blockbuster has hit the net.

Featuring many of the stunning visuals that Snyder presented at the sneak peak, it's a pumping powerhouse of a teaser, featuring Gerard Butler and hundreds of muscle-bound, greased up Spartans facing off against seemingly insurmountable odds.

'300' is set to be one of the biggest films of 2007, but to dine in hell now, simply head to our 'top ten' page and click on the link.

An excellent film, if a little sketchy on the Historical front. Those looking for a gory action packed movie will not be disappointed, those looking for a documentary on The Battle of Thermopylae will be. Some critics seem obsessed about the fact the Spartans wear no armour in the movie "just to flex their muscles" yet i would draw their attention to historical fact in such pictures as these, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_Thermopylae, to point out that at least on that part, the movie is Historically accurate.
