Having recently set up Fear of God Films, Russell Crowe has announced his first film as producer in the shape of 'Dolce's Inferno'.
Crowe has optioned former TV executive Mark Staufer's script, a contemporary romantic comedy about an LA gossip columnist whose life spins out of control when he falls in love.
'I'm looking forward to collaborating with Mark, who is such a talented writer' said Crowe, who has no plans to star in the film. He will however, be seen in Ridley Scott's 'American Gangster' and James Mangold's '3.10 to Yuma' over the course of the next year, as well as making his directorial debut with surf flick 'Bra Boys'.
