...actually in a DVD retailer near you. Star Wars, The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi are available on DVD from September 20. Finally! But it's not just the digitally remastered trilogy that is setting people's lightsabres alight but the added extras which include a two-and-a-half-hour Empire of Dreams documentary covering the entire history of the trilogy as well as outlining George Lucas' early filmic ventures and more. Also included are Characters of Star Wars and Birth of the Lightsabre featurettes and 'The Force Is With Them: The legacy of Star Wars' in which the likes of James Cameron and Ridley Scott talk about the trilogy's effect on their own work.
