The Hulk sworn in as Sheriff
The TOMB has noticed a disturbing shift in California power, and we want to know what you think.
Feb 10 2006
What in the name of Sam Hill is going on in California? Not only have they made 'The Terminator' the most powerful man in the state, but they've also turned 'The Incredible Hulk' into a law enforcement officer.
Yes, hot on the heels of Arnold Schwarzenegger becoming governor, fellow former bodybuilder (and 'Pumping Iron' star) Lou Ferrigno has been made a Los Angeles County Sheriff.
The actor, who found fame as 'The Incredible Hulk' in the TV series of the same name, started training for the post last September, and will graduate from the Sheriff’s Reserve Academy on February 13.
So effectively you could be arrested by the Hulk and sentenced to death by the Terminator. Which is all very well, but it begs the question, what next? Geoff Capes for Mayor? Hulk Hogan for President? As usual, post all your suggestions in the comments below.
