Mystery writer Meg Foster, seeking peace and inspiration in the ancient, strangely deserted Greek town of Monemvassia, witnesses scythe-wielding psycho Wings Hauser polishing off Robert Morley. What's more, Wings has witnessed the witnessing. Movies usually present Meg with this sort of trouble. Eventually she recalls Morley mentioning hunting weapons locked in a closet. Finding a sub-machine-gun there (just what is it that Greeks hunt?), she empties the clip into a potted plant. With only the moon, a candle and many powerful arc lamps to show the way, she lures the demented Wings on to a promontory just in time for the wind to lift a not quite Wings-like dummy over the cliff. End of short but interminable feature.Author: DO
