From Time Out Film Guide

Guardian angels Zeke (Parkes) and Paris (Harker) are incarnated in human form and ordered to look out for drifters Baggy (Rajan) and Sam (Lincoln). All goes fine until Paris and Baggy fall for each other. A neat idea - who wouldn't marvel at a beautiful mystery someone sent to ensure future happiness? - but not enough to sustain a feature. Layabout Baggy is meant to be a charming babe magnet and thus an irritant to bachelor flatmate Sam. But when has anybody who deliberately pisses his pants ever been a serious contender? Meanwhile, Lincoln reprises his roles in TV's Teachers and This Life as an emotionally retarded kidult, too blind to realise the love of his life is already there in the shape of dour Alison (O'Grady).
