Slightly desperate sequel to The Mouse That Roared, with the Duchy of Grand Fenwick beating the major powers in the space race, thanks to the happy discovery that the local wine is an excellent substitute for rocket fuel. No longer present in his triple role, Sellers is replaced by a busy horde of character actors, while Lester (just prior to his first Beatles film) works overtime on the jokes.Author: TM
