Movie review

From Time Out Film Guide

The one group likely to find this amusing are, in theory, too young to be allowed near it. Moving briskly from one Grand Guignol number to the next, Medak hardly pretends to tell a story, let alone a plausible one. Again, sex and horror are associated in scenes where copulating bodies are rent asunder and turned into an arrangement of what look like pulsating worms and turds, plus spurting blood and sticky stuff generally. The routine obscenities in the dialogue are interrupted only by some deliberately dumb one-liners, to provoke the audience.
