Movie review

From Time Out Film Guide

Blackish comedy about a science academic (McKern) doing away with his enemies and rivals by a new, traceless poison. It never reaches the Kind Hearts and Coronets level at which it was evidently pitched (it was developed by that film's director, Robert Hamer, before his death in 1963, and co-produced by Michael Balcon), but nevertheless still manages a grinning gusto.
