Atlantic Adventure (1935)
Director: Albert Rogell
Movie review
From Time Out Film Guide
Bracing little second-feature in which dashing reporter Lloyd Nolan is fired from the paper when he keeps a date with his fiancée rather than cover the murder of the DA. He's tipped off that the killer is fleeing to Europe on an ocean liner, so he joins him for the voyage, hoping to put his career back on track. It's a little sad to see Harry Langdon, one of the top comics of the 1920s, providing the light relief as Nolan's photographer, but the old-timer still knows how to get a laugh.Author: GM
