Movie review

From Time Out Chicago

Director Story spends a lot of time in this uneven sequel trying to convince us that the milquetoast superhero collective has a Lohan-esque Q rating (the wedding of Mr. Fantastic and Invisible Girl brings out hordes of paparazzi). But to do that he has to bring in someone actually cool: The Silver Surfer. Harbinger of doom with a heart of silver, the Surfer--with his attendant astonishing special effects--saves the world and the movie, allowing the viewer to ignore the limp jokes and boneheaded banter that comprises the rest of the "action."
