The Lone Ranger (2013)

Director: Gore Verbinski

Average user rating
No reviews

Synopsis

Johnny Depp stars in this iconic western story, although he doesn’t take the lead: he’s Tonto, sidekick to the titular masked ranger (Armie Hammer, from ‘The Social Network’). Given that Helena Bonham Carter also appears you could be forgiven for assuming this was a Tim Burton film, but it’s Gore Verbinski, who directed Depp in three ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ movies, taking the helm. The line-up also includes Tom Wilkinson, Barry Pepper, James Frain and Timothy Hutton.
