New trailer for new 'Rambo'
2008 kicks off in a blur of violence with the release 'John Rambo'. See the new trailer here.
Throat-ripping, decapitation, gut-slicing and Sly Stallone eviscerating someone with a machine gun.
Take a squint here
Exactly. These are just some of things that you won’t have just seen in the new official trailer for 'Rambo' (AKA 'John Rambo', AKA 'Pearl of the Cobra', AKA 'In the Serpent's Eye', and so on…). 'Killing’s as easy as breathing,' snarled ’Nam vet John Rambo previously. But no sign here of the astonishing violence that splattered the original teaser back in May.
Will there be blood on February 22 2008? Let’s hope so. Because when you hold the ketchup, you're only left with the cheese.
Written and directed by Stallone, the film sees JR – like many other single, aging men – apparently retired to Bangkok. But soon he’s killing various 'bad men' and rescuing Christian missionaries in the Burmese jungle.
For further (and even more violent) throat-ripping, decapitation, gut-slicing and Sly Stallone eviscerating someone with a machine gun, click here for a peak at the early, blood-drenched version of the trailer.
