Diary of the Dead: exclusive clip
Take a peek at an exclusive clip from George A. Romero's excellent new movie, 'Diary of the Dead'
Forty years on from his seminal zombie flick ‘Night of the Living Dead’, George A. Romero is still plying his trade as a horror director par excellence, producing awesome scares by way of his ever-reliable flesh-chomping army of the undead.
Romero's new film, ‘Diary of the Dead’ sees the 68-year-old director back on startling form after a unsuccessful foray into the mainstream with 2005’s ‘Land of the Dead’.
'Diary of the Dead' charts the gruesome effects of the zombie hoards on a small, low-budget film crew who decide to document the encroaching disaster despite the obvious dangers. As usual, there’s much, much more to the film than mere bloodletting, with Romero using this horrific set-up to explore the responsibilities that come with making films and the different ways in which information spreads among the masses.
We’ve got an exclusive clip from the film, but be warned, things get a bit messy.
