Brilliant Bond trailer released

See Daniel Craig being brutal as Bond in the new 'Casino Royale' trailer.

Sep  8 2006

A bigger, better Bond trailer has appeared online, increasing our interest in the film tenfold.

The latest spot for 'Casino Royale' features more action, more explosions, more stunts (including the spectacular crash that Time Out witnessed on set a while back) and more of Daniel Craig's killer stare.

It also features new Bond girl Eva Green looking suitably sexy as Vesper Lynd, though to be honest we could have done without her awkward 'perfectly formed arse' wisecrack.

Aside from that however, the film appears to be shaping up nicely for its November 17 release. To see the 'Casino Royale' trailer head to our top ten page and click on the link.

The negative idiots that keep knocking Daniel Craig will eat a lot of humble pie when Casino Royale turns out to be the most succesful Bond film ever. He was born to be Bond Posted on Sep 09 2006 19:41

James Bond is supposed to be suave and handsome. Craig is the most wooden spy since Joe 90 and has a bland voice.
Probably one of the worst pieces of miscasting in cinema history. Posted on Sep 09 2006 00:12

A so-so action trailer but it lacks the lavish feel of older Bonds and Craig really does seem like a bizarre piece of casting. Posted on Sep 08 2006 23:57

I have no interest in this film anymore. Daniel Craig is far too old to be a young vulnerable agent. His delivery was susprisingly wooden and askew. Meh... Posted on Sep 08 2006 23:39

Craig IS Bond! He just looks like I imagined James Bond when I first read the novel. This will be the best 007-flick since 1969. Posted on Sep 08 2006 23:38

It looks like a James Bond film without James Bond! Craig may or may not be a good actor but he isn't really handsome enough. Posted on Sep 08 2006 23:31

Ok trailer but Craig looks and sounds terrible. He's no Bond. Posted on Sep 08 2006 22:45
