Depp buys up Litvinenko story
Johnny Depp's production company has acquired the rights to the KGB agent's story.

Johnny Depp's production company Infinitum Nihil has acquired the rights to the life and death of KGB agent Alexander Litvinenko, and the project could be a potential starring vehicle for the 'Pirates of the Caribbean' star.
Litvinenko was poisoned in London last November, and just before his death he claimed that the incident had occurred as a result of his speaking out against Vladimir Putin's regime.
The film will be based on Alan Cowell's forthcoming book 'Sasha's Story: The Life and Death of a Russian Spy', which as well as documenting the murder, will also examine the implications of the case for nuclear proliferation and international terrorism.
